Decision T-372 of 2013 Right to conjugal visits for LGBTI people.

In this decision, the Colombian Constitutional Court aims to guarantee the right to Privacy, free development of personality and non-discrimination by reason of sex. In this sense, the Court orders a prison Director to allow regular conjugal visits for two lesbian women.
