Right to update information on the internet
Right to update information on the internet
The Court recalls in this case the responsibility of the media, international standards in the field of truth of information, and the powers of the constitutional judge in the exercise of activities through the internet.
In effect, the Court stated that "the rights of individuals, natural or legal, are violated when a means of communication keeps on its internet platforms and available to its users, information or news indefinitely, without updating the contents in the events in which the factual circumstances are clarified and required after the moment of issuance or publication."
