The Court reiterates the ruling C-355/ 2006. The case of abortion

The Constitutional Court reiterated the rules related to the  application of the voluntary interruption of pregnacy (IVE) in all  three cases established in the judment C-355 / 2006. In the same way, reafirmed the duty of remove obstacles that women have in the health system to access that procedure. The Court exhorted the Congress to regulate this matter.
