Justice Natalia Ángel Cabo received a J.D. from the University of Los Andes,
where she served as a full time Professor at the Andes Law School,
and as head of the Public Constitutional Law area.
She was also editor of the Latin American Law Journal.
She holds a Master of Laws from Harvard University, and is a PhD-in-Law candidate at the University of York.
She has served as Senior Legal Assistant to a Justice at the Constitutional Court,
and also as Deputy Justice at the same high Court; Legal counselor to the Bogota Chamber of Commerce, and external consultant to a number of international organizations such as the United Nations (UN), the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACHR).
She has received several academic awards and has written a number of
publications on Constitutional Law, Administration of Justice, and Groups in need of Special Protection
